After your morning in Scottsdale, head to Sedona where sunlight illuminates the dramatic red rock formations. Then travel through the scenic Kaibab National Forest on your way to the Grand Canyon’s South Rim. Travel along the sweeping curves of East Rim Drive until you arrive at the historic Cameron Trading Post. For almost 100 years, it has welcomed travelers, merchants, and adventurers alike. After lunch at the resort, continue discovering the area’s waterways on a scenic lake cruise, gliding toward expansive views of the impressive Glen Canyon Dam. Your travels continue to Bryce Canyon National Park, renowned for its otherworldly rock spires called hoodoos. Spend a full day discovering Utah’s first national park as you take in the striking red and white sandstone cliffs that define this remarkable landscape. Ride Zion’s open air tram as it follows the Virgin River and winds through Zion Canyon, which stretches 2,400 feet deep and half a mile wide.
