Friday June 25, 2027 - Depart Central PA for Phoenix, Arizona!

Transfer by motorcoach to a local airport for a flight* to Phoenix, Arizona. Upon arrival in Phoenix, travel to nearby Scottsdale. Once settled in at the hotel, join the group for a welcome dinner to kick off your Canyon Country vacation. Hotel: Courtyard by Marriott, Scottsdale, Arizona (Dinner)

Saturday June 26, 2027 - Scottsdale - Sedona - Grand Canyon

After your morning in Scottsdale, head to Sedona where sunlight illuminates the dramatic red rock formations. Take in the warm, welcoming vibe and vibrant scenery while browsing the area’s numerous art galleries and craft shops. Then travel through the scenic Kaibab National Forest on your way to the Grand Canyon’s South Rim. In the evening, enjoy dinner at your leisure and spend time discovering the wonders of Grand Canyon National Park. Hotel: Yavapai East at South Rim Grand Canyon, Arizona (Breakfast)

Sunday June 27, 2027 - Grand Canyon - Lake Powell

Travel along the sweeping curves of East Rim Drive until you arrive at the historic Cameron Trading Post. For almost 100 years, it has welcomed travelers, merchants, and adventurers alike. Continue north through the mesa dotted desert landscape before reaching your lodging for the next two nights, offering breathtaking views of Lake Powell’s deep blue waters. Monday June 28, 2027 - Lake Powell

Begin your morning with a guided scenic rafting excursion to the famous Horseshoe Bend, taking in the calm majesty of the Colorado River. Drifting between soaring canyon walls, you’ll experience one of the Southwest’s most breathtaking landscapes from a rare and unforgettable vantage point. After lunch at the resort, continue discovering the area’s waterways on a scenic lake cruise, gliding toward expansive views of the impressive Glen Canyon Dam. Tuesday June 29, 2027 - Lake Powell - Bryce Canyon National Park - Springdale, Utah

Your travels continue to Bryce Canyon National Park, renowned for its otherworldly rock spires called hoodoos. Formed over centuries by wind and water, these dramatic formations glow with shades of orange and red, beautifully set against the park’s rich green forests. Enjoy sweeping views as you stroll from Sunset Point onto the Sunrise Point Rim Trail. The day concludes in Springdale, the welcoming gateway to Zion National Park. Wednesday June 30, 2027 - Zion National Park

Few destinations rival Zion National Park for sheer scale and vibrant color. Spend a full day discovering Utah’s first national park as you take in the striking red and white sandstone cliffs that define this remarkable landscape. Ride Zion’s open air tram as it follows the Virgin River and winds through Zion Canyon, which stretches 2,400 feet deep and half a mile wide. Thursday July 1, 2027 - Springdale, Utah - Las Vegas, Nevada

Leave the serenity of nature behind and step into the vibrant glow of the Las Vegas Strip. This iconic four mile boulevard is lined with dazzling neon resorts and nonstop entertainment. This afternoon, celebrate the conclusion of your adventure with a farewell lunch alongside your fellow travelers. Cancellation Penalties:

From December 24, 2026 to March 26, 2027:
$698 per person plus any applicable suppliers’ fees.

From March 27 to June 9, 2027:
40% of the total trip cost per person plus any applicable suppliers’ fees.

From June 10 to June 24, 2027:
75% of the total trip cost per person plus any applicable suppliers’ fees.

After June 24, 2027:
100% non refundable.

Non-Members must add $60 to the above rates. Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking and include taxes, fees, and fuel surcharges, which are subject to change. All pricing and included features are based on a minimum of 30 full-fare passengers.

Activity Level:

Active: This is a fast-paced trip with longer days and shorter periods of time to rest. Longer walking tours up to 3-5 hours in length and over 10,000 steps along varied types of terrain are typical. High altitude destinations and moderate temperatures may be featured. This trip can include frequent physically challenging activities. This activity level is not recommended for travelers with serious medical conditions.

Travel Assistance:

For person comfort, group participants who need assistance are required to have a traveling companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the needed assistance.

What travel documents do I need?

U.S. State Department and destination specific travel regulations at time of brochure printing required the following documents for your travel, a valid government issued REAL ID or passport. Do I need travel insurance?

For your protection, AAA recommends travel insurance. Pre-existing medical conditions may be waived with proper coverage if travel insurance is purchased within 14 days of initial deposit only. Other conditions may apply; ask your travel agent. AAA recommends Allianz.

What will the weather be like?

Temperatures for the Southwest in June average in the mid to upper 80s and 90s with cooler mornings and evenings in the 60s and 70s. Casual clothes good for layering in order to be prepared for a variety of temperatures. Comfortable walking shoes are also recommended; be prepared for potential inclement weather.

How many bags may I bring?

Due to limited space while touring, all passengers are limited to one checked bag no more than 50lbs. You may also bring a small carry-on bag small enough to fit under your seat. Soft sided carry-on bags no larger than 17in x 14in x 4in with a zippered enclosure are recommended. Wheeled carry on cases that are used as carry on luggage on airlines are too large and are not suitable as hand carried luggage. Baggage fees and other charges may be directly assessed by the airlines or airport.
