Upon arrival in Maryland we’ll board the Spirit of Baltimore for a two hour delightful lunch cruise. There is no better way to see the city than from aboard a cruise where you will see spectacular views of the city’s skyline and local landmarks, including Federal Hill, the National Aquarium, Fell’s Point, Fort McHenry and the Francis Scott Key Bridge.
Following the cruise depart for Fell’s Point where you’ll have free time to explore the historic waterfront neighborhood. This area is known for antique and music stores, along with restaurants, coffee bars, and pubs.
This afternoon meet our local guide for a walking Ghost tour of Fell’s Point where you will explore many haunted sites in this historic maritime village. “Picture Fell’s Point, in Baltimore, Maryland, as it was, a rowdy seaport town, the birthplace of the sleek and dangerous clipper ship. Its streets were full of sailors from foreign lands spilling off ships, immigrants anxious to start a new life, and ladies of the night looking to make ends meet. Given this explosive combination, is it any wonder that many ghosts remained behind?”
