8:30AM: Motorcoach will depart Harrisburg, AAA Central Penn, 2301 Paxton Church Rd, upper lot behind the building.
9:30AM: Motorcoach will depart Lancaster, from the former AC Moore store, 1515 Lititz Pike at the Lancaster Shopping Center on the Oregon Pike/Route 272 side of the store; Travel to Philadelphia with a brief rest stop en route.

Upon arrival in Philadelphia we'll meet our local guide for the Favorite Philly Foods Tour, where we'll eat like a local! We'll ride in the comfort of our motorcoach as we learn about the foods and traditions from Colonial Philadelphia to modern-day neighborhoods and ethnic favorites. Along the way we will enjoy a Philly soft pretzel, Italian Hoagie sampling, Philly Cheesesteak from iconic Geno's and for dessert a mini cannoli and a cookie from the famous 4th Street Cookie Company. Following the food tour we'll depart for Kennett Square to enjoy the remainder of our day at Longwood Gardens; Festival of Fountains and special exhibit Light: Installations by Bruce Munro. Enjoy Longwood at your own pace, strolling the gardens, taking in the brilliantly blooming annuals and perennials. Immerse yourself in the dazzling artistry and infinite imagination of artist Bruce Munros breathtaking exhibition with eight installations spanning throughout Longwood. Feeling hungry? Stop by the Beer Garden, Cafe' or the Terrace Restaurant for a bite to eat. Don't miss the spectacular main fountain garden where the fountains spin and soar. This evening enjoy the unforgettable illuminated Fountain Performances, as water of all shapes, sizes and colors dances along to music.
9:30PM: Approximate departure time for Central Pennsylvania (no meal stops will be made)
10:30PM: Approximate arrival time back in Lancaster.
11:30PM: Approximate arrival time back in Harrisburg

This tour requires average physical activity. You should be in good health, able to climb stairs and walk reasonable distances, possibly over uneven ground and cobblestoned streets.

Temperatures for Pennsylvania in September average in the 70s. Casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes are recommended; be prepared for potential inclement weather.
For personal comfort, group participants who need assistance are required to have a traveling companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the needed assistance.
