Tuesday, December 29: Rose Parade Float Decorating Experience

After breakfast, join in on an exclusive opportunity to help decorate the City of South Pasadena’s Rose Parade Float! It is truly a rewarding experience to watch a float you helped create proudly turn the corner on Colorado Boulevard on New Year’s Day. During your four-hour volunteer shift, you will get a glimpse of the long hours and dedication put into each float and go home with wonderful memories of working with the local community to create a work of art. A boxed lunch is provided. The rest of your day is free at leisure to relax and enjoy the hotel amenities and the area on your own. (If you choose to participate in the float decorating, there will be 4 hours of standing. If you choose not to participate, you can remain at the hotel. In order to provide an accurate count, the decision to participate must be confirmed at time of final payment). (Breakfast, Lunch)

Wednesday, December 30: From Roses to the Sea

After breakfast, visit the Rosemont Pavilion where you can see the finishing touches being put on the parade floats. Then enjoy a wonderful lunch at Lawry’s Prime Rib in Beverly Hills. Next, you will visit Santa Monica Beach before returning to your hotel. This evening is at your leisure with free shuttle service to the Irvine Spectrum. (Breakfast, Lunch)

Thursday, December 31: Hollywood – New Year’s Eve Celebration

After a buffet breakfast, depart for a uniquely Southern California experience as you tour “Tinsel Town”. Spend the morning on the VIP Tram Tour at Warner Brothers Studios. This tour brings you closer than ever to the entertainment you love. You’ll explore one of the busiest working studios in Los Angeles, with one of the expert tour guides who will take you behind the scenes of the studio that has been entertaining the world for over 95 years. Then enjoy a Hollywood Past and Present City Tour where you will see all the iconic landmarks of the movie making capitol of the world. Tonight, join your group for a New Year’s Eve Celebration. This evening is filled with elegant dining and dancing to a live band and the fun of a live “Monte Carlo” style casino. There will be hats and party favors as well as a drawing for exciting prizes and a champagne toast to ring in 2021! (Breakfast, Dinner)

Friday, January 1: Rose Parade

Enjoy an early morning breakfast at the hotel, then travel to Pasadena and your reserved premium grandstand seating for the 132nd Tournament of Roses Parade.
