Favorite Travel Memory:
The day I spent in Grand Turk while on my first Carnival Cruise. My family walked along the beach to Jack’s Shack for the day. The food was great, people were fun, and the water was perfect. It was all that I imagined a day on the island should be. I loved it enough to share it with best friends a few years later and anticipate a return sometime soon!
Best Travel Tip:
Talk to strangers! We travel to experience different places and ways of life. There is no better way to learn about a destination or culture than to talk to the locals. They know “where to,” “how to,” “who to talk to,” and “when to go.” I have learned the most about my favorite places by talking to servers, bus passengers, and cashiers. Strangers are just friends we haven’t met yet!
