Sunday, May 30, 2027 - Arrive in Dublin

Add a touch of Irish charm to your day as you wander through Dublin, the poetic heart of Ireland and the perfect starting point for an unforgettable journey. This afternoon, join a Local Specialist for a guided exploration of the city’s most famous landmarks. Stroll through the historic cobblestone grounds of Trinity College and see the renowned Book of Kells. Later, share a warm and welcoming dinner as you get acquainted with your fellow travelers.

Monday, May 31, 2027 - House of Waterford Crystal - Cork.

Leaving Dublin this morning, travel into the serene valley of Glendalough to explore its ancient monastic ruins, which endured centuries of Viking raids. Then, Dive Into Culture with a visit to the House of Waterford Crystal, where skilled artisans demonstrate how their exquisite crystal pieces are handcrafted. Your day concludes in the vibrant “rebel” city of Cork, where you’ll enjoy a free evening to experience some true Irish craic and take in the energetic atmosphere of this lively university town. Tuesday, June 1, 2027 - Blarney Castle - Killarney National Park.

Set off on a picturesque drive to Blarney Castle, where you can choose to kiss the legendary Blarney Stone and gain the famed “gift of the gab.” Continue on to Killarney, stopping at a charming café in the gate lodge of Killarney National Park for a MAKE TRAVEL MATTER® Experience.  The day concludes with a Be My Guest experience at Muckross Traditional Farms, where you’ll step back in time and learn about rural Irish life in the 1930s. Thursday, June 3, 2027 - Cliffs of Moher - Medieval Castle Banquet Dinner.

Today, step back into the early days of transatlantic aviation with a visit to the Flying Boat Museum in Foynes. Explore a full replica of the Boeing 314, learn about pioneering air travel, and discover the story behind the creation of Irish Coffee. A deposit of $200 per person is required to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due to AAA by February 15, 2027.

Non-Members add $60 to the above rates. Rates are subject to availability at the time of booking and include taxes, fees, and fuel surcharges, which are subject to change. All pricing and included features are based on a minimum of 30 full-fare passengers.

Cancellation Penalties

From June 30, 2026 – February 15, 2027, $200 per person plus any additional suppliers’ fees.
From February 16 – April 30, 2027, 50% of the total amount paid per person, plus any additional suppliers’ fees.
From May 1 – May 28, 2027, 80% of the total amount paid per person, plus any additional suppliers’ fees.
After May 28, 2027,     100% nonrefundable.

Airfare is nonrefundable after the final payment date of February 15, 2027.

Activity Level:

Moderate: Good mobility is required for this trip. Climbing stairs and standing for 2-3 hours at a time, as well as walking on uneven terrain may be necessary. Portions of the itinerary may include higher altitudes. The itinerary may involve longer days up to 12-14 hours in length. This activity level is not recommended for travelers with significant mobility concerns.

Travel Assistance:

For personal comfort, group participants who need assistance are required to have a traveling companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the needed assistance.

What Travel Documents do I Need?

Passport Required: Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, and with at least one blank Visa page for Visa stamp(s) is required for this trip.

UK ETA:  As of the publication of this brochure, all travelers visiting or transiting through the United Kingdom (including England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland) are required to obtain a UK ETA (Electronic Travel Authorization). This also applies to itineraries with layovers in the UK.  Please note that the UK ETA is not included in the cost of your trip, and it is the responsibility of each traveler to secure this authorization prior to departure.

ETIAS:  As of the printing of this brochure all guests are required to obtain an ETIAS (European Travel Information and Authorization System) travel authorization for travel to Europe’s Schengen zone (not included in the price of the trip). Please see your Travel Advisor for additional information.

Do I Need Travel Insurance?

For your protection, AAA recommends travel insurance. Pre-existing medical conditions may be waived with proper coverage if travel insurance is purchased within 14 days of initial deposit only. Other conditions may apply; ask your travel agent. AAA recommends Allianz.

How Many Bags May I Bring?

Due to limited space while touring, all passengers are limited to one checked bag no more than 30in x 18in x 10in and up to 50lbs. You may also bring a small carry-on bag small enough to fit under your seat. Soft sided carry-on bags no larger than 12in x 11in x 6in up to 15lbs with a zippered enclosure are recommended. Wheeled carry-on cases that are used as carry-on luggage on airlines are too large and are not suitable as hand-carried luggage. Baggage fees and other charges may be directly assessed by the airlines or airport.

What will the Weather Be?

Temperatures for Ireland in May and June average in the high 50s and 60s with cooler mornings and evenings. Casual clothes good for layering in order to be prepared for a variety of temperatures and weather conditions. Comfortable walking shoes are also recommended; be prepared for potential inclement weather.
