TRAVEL DOCUMENTS

U.S. citizens on homeport cruises (cruises that begin and end at the same U.S. port) are currently able to enter or depart the country with a state issued birth certificate with a raised seal and government-issued photo ID. AAA recommends traveling with an original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, and with at least one blank visa page for visa stamp(s).

As travel policies are rapidly changing, final travel requirements will be communicated prior to departure. Please see your travel advisor for additional information.

Rates per Person

2D – Oceanview Balcony: $1,879 Double Occupancy, $3,009 Single Occupancy

2J – Central Park View Balcony: $1,839 Double Occupancy, $2,929 single Occupancy

2N – Oceanview: $1,779 Double Occupancy, $2,809 Single Occupancy

2I – Boardwalk View Balcony: $1,659 Double Occupancy, $2,559 Single Occupancy

4V – Interior: $1,479 Double Occupancy, $2,219 Single Occupancy

All non-members must add $60 to the above rate. 

The rates listed above include the following which are subject to change: Required Cruise Fees and Expenses of $240 per person double occupancy ($480 single occupancy).  Government Taxes and Fees- $185.36

Rates are subject to availability at time of booking and include taxes, fees and fuel surcharges which are subject to change. All pricing and included features are based on a minimum of 25 full fare passengers.

Deposit of $250 per person/$500 per cabin will confirm your reservation. Final payment is due to AAA by  June 22, 2026.

CANCELLATION PENALTIES

From July 7 – 21, 2026             25% of gross fare per person, plus any additional suppliers’ fees

From July 22 – Aug 4, 2026    50% of gross fare per person, plus any additional suppliers’ fees

From Aug 5 – Sept 3, 2026     75% of gross fare per person, plus any additional suppliers’ fees

After Sept 3, 2026                   NON-REFUNDABLE

CLOTHING/CLIMATE

Average temperature in the Bahamas for October is in the 70’s.  Daytime, casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes are recommended. Evenings require casual or semi-formal attire, with two formal nights.

TRAVEL ASSISTANCE

For personal comfort, group participants who need assistance are required to have a traveling companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the needed assistance.

How many bags can I bring?

Two suitcases per person will be allowed by the cruise line. You may also bring a small carry-on bag.

Do I need travel insurance?

For your protection AAA highly recommends travel insurance. Pre-existing medical conditions may be waived with proper coverage only if travel insurance is purchased within 14 days of initial deposit. Other conditions may apply; ask your Travel Advisor. AAA recommends Allianz Insurance.
