Travel Documents
An original signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, and with at least one blank visa page for visa stamp(s) is required for this trip.

Prices are subject to availability at time of booking. Rates, taxes, fees and fuel surcharges are subject to change. All rates and included features are based on a minimum of 30 full-fare passengers. Desired pick-up location is not guaranteed until passenger minimums are met.
The rates listed above include the following which are subject to change: Required Cruise Fees, Expenses: $405 per person double occupancy ($810 single occupancy) Government Taxes – Double Occupancy $420 per person ($480 single occupancy)
Deposit of $600 per person/$1200 per cabin will confirm your reservation. Final payment is due by April 20, 2026
Cancellation/Penalties
From April 20 – May 11, 2026 $600 per person/$1200 per cabin, plus any additional suppliers’ fees
From May 12 – June 17, 2026 50% per person, plus any additional suppliers’ fees
After June 17, 2026 100% NON-REFUNDABLE

Flight
Air arrangements are handled by the tour operator. Seat assignments cannot be confirmed until the tour operator releases names to the airline(s) 30 days prior to departure. Specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed. Some flight schedules may contain code share agreements.
Clothing/Climate
Alaska is not a frigid land of ice and snow! The interior around Fairbanks is warm during the summer. Pack for a variety of temperatures; layers are recommended. Daytime, casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes are suggested. For cruising, evenings require casual or semi-formal attire, with two formal nights.
Travel Assistance
For personal comfort, group participants who need assistance are required to have a traveling companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the needed assistance.
