Double Rate Per Person: $6,749
Single Rate Per Person: $8,659
Triple Rate Per Person: $6,639
All non-members must add $60 to the above rates. Single and triple occupancy accommodations are extremely limited and not guaranteed until space is confirmed. Book by December 1, 2025 to secure your space. Reservations made after this date are subject to availability and rates are subject to potential increase. Rates are subject to availability at time of booking and include taxes, fees, and fuel surcharges, which are subject to change. All pricing and included features are based on a minimum of 25 passengers.

Payment Schedule:
A deposit of $698 per person is due at time of booking to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due to AAA by February 16, 2026.
Cancellation/Penalties:
December 1, 2025 – March 2, 2026 $698 penalty per person plus any additional suppliers’ fees
March 3, 2026 – May 16, 2026 40% of total price per person plus any additional suppliers’ fees
May 17, 2026 – 31, 2026 75% of total price per person plus any additional suppliers’ fees
June 1, 2026 100% non-refundable
Flight:
Air arrangements are handled by the tour operator. Seat assignments cannot be confirmed until the tour operator releases names to the airline(s) 30 days prior to departure. Specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed. Some flights may contain code share agreements.
Clothing/Climate:
Summer in this region can be hot, ranging up to 95 degrees, so be prepared with hats and moisture wicking clothing. Additionally, you will want a sturdy, comfortable pair of shoes for any hiking you may do. A hat to protect from the sun is also recommended, as well as a jacket or other item to help with windy locales and cool nights.
Activity Level:
Moderate: Good mobility is required for this trip. Climbing stairs and standing for 2-3 hours at a time, as well as walking on uneven terrain may be necessary. Portions of this itinerary may include higher altitudes. The itinerary may involve longer days for up to 12-14 hours in length. This activity level is not recommended for travelers with serious medical conditions.
Travel Assistance:
For personal comfort, group participants who need assistance are required to have a traveling companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the needed assistance.

Travel agent shall not be responsible for any injuries, damages, or losses to any traveler in connection with terrorist activities, social or labor unrest, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, omissions, or conditions outside the travel agent’s control. Traveler assumes complete and full responsibility for, and hereby releases the agent from any duty of, checking and verifying any and all passport, visa, vaccination, or other entry requirements of each destination, and all safety or security conditions at such destinations.
