Called last night for a tow. Was transferred to the tow company and was told to put a note on the door that you would pick it up later. Went through another company and it cost me over $600. Thank you AAA for wasting my time and money!!!!!

You cannot get a hold of live people. I waited 15 minutes to ask one simple question. You call the local number but it sends you to the national customer service line. I was transferred to the lebanon office where I had to leave a message. Ridiculous
