So thankful I’ve got AAA. I’ve been a member for 40 years. I recently visited the office for notary work ($2 per stamp). The notary was friendly and professional. The office is conveniently located right off of route 30. Lots of off-street parking. I was greeted by reception as soon as I walked in the door. It’s a clean office with several areas of service – travel, insurance and general auto needs.
Today my Jeep broke down in 15° weather. AAA conveniently arranged third-party towing with Mack’s Towing Service (separate review) using my phone number for details. The process was thoroughly explained. Towing was there in 17 minutes.
Just helped me book an impromptu flight, hotel and rental car in under 30 minutes, reasonably priced with AAA discounts on a Saturday from home with her kids in the background!!! Thank you Becky… You saved me money and headaches.
Me and my mom had a great experience with AAA. We just came back from a trip and found out that the battery died. So we called them and they had one of there workers come out and get a new battery for us. It was real quick and easy. When we called we didn’t have to hold for long at all!
