At its March meeting, the Board of Directors of AAA Central Penn appointed a new chair and vice chair and welcomed a new board member.

Larry Kluger was appointed chair of the board and Cheryl Irwin-Bass was named vice chair. They will each serve two-year terms.

“I am grateful to each of these individuals, and every member of the board, for their service and dedication,” said AAA Central Penn President Jodie Daubert. “They bring a wealth of experience and a passion for constantly improving how we meet the needs of our members.”

Kluger, who is president and CEO at RDG Companies, was previously assistant treasurer and most recently vice chair. Irwin-Bass, who is chief mission and culture officer at SpiriTrust Lutheran, was previously secretary.

The board also welcomed Liz Martin as a director. President of Ironstone Spring Farm and former owner and president of Martin Insurance Agency, Martin will serve a three-year term on the board.

We are grateful for the time, commitment, and support of our Board of Directors!
