AAA Central Penn’s new ‘store-within-a-store' concept adds a new level of convenience for travel, insurance and member services.
Shoppers in the Harrisburg area will soon have another convenient way to receive travel, insurance and member services from AAA Central Penn. Coming this fall, AAA Central Penn will open its first-ever “store-within-a-store" locations at GIANT stores in Harrisburg, Camp Hill and Enola.
“We know how busy life can get, which is why AAA Central Penn is thrilled to bring this exciting new store concept to the Harrisburg area," said AAA Central Penn President and CEO Jodie Daubert. “We are constantly driven to provide more value and convenience for members and our community. With our soon-to-open locations in GIANT stores, AAA members and customers can expect a fresh, dynamic and more convenient service experience.”
Each bright and welcoming AAA Central Penn store at the three GIANT locations will specialize in a AAA service: insurance at the Linglestown store; travel at the Camp Hill store and member services at the Enola store. AAA Central Penn team members will be available at these locations during select hours seven days a week.
The AAA Central Penn “store-within-a-store” locations include:
- GIANT at 2300 Linglestown Road in Harrisburg
- GIANT at 3301 Trindle Road in Camp Hill (next to Camp Hill Mall)
- GIANT at 4510 Marketplace Way in Enola
In response to changing consumer habits and trends, AAA Central Penn’s upcoming locations in GIANT stores are among a series of new initiatives the organization has undertaken this year.
This past spring, AAA Central Penn introduced a new lower-cost membership level called “Everyday Membership” for those who want the benefits of AAA membership without roadside assistance. Key benefits of Everyday Membership include: AAA Discounts & Rewards; access to AAA Travel Advisors and travel savings; 5% savings on AAA home and auto insurance; bicycle assistance; free identity theft protection; and savings on other services such as notary and passport photos. Everyday Membership costs $25 a year for both primary and associate members.
