Revised hours better meet the needs of the members and customers.
AAA Central Penn announced new branch location hours, including expanding Saturday hours until 2 p.m. The move was based on branch traffic data and employee and member feedback.
“In June we made some temporary changes to our operating hours to help us take the proper safety precautions for COVID-19. Based on findings from those temporary changes, and transactional data from the past few years, we found that expanding Thursday, Friday, and Saturday hours was the best way to accommodate our members,” AAA Central Penn President & CEO Jodie Daubert said.
Starting on September 8 AAA Central Penn Branches will operate from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Mondays and Tuesdays, 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesdays (closing at 1 p.m. at the Lewistown and Huntingdon locations), 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on Thursdays and Fridays, and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

“People are interacting with us in more ways than ever. Our member service representatives are going above and beyond to provide the best quality service in-branch, online, and over the phone. Our goal is to make the AAA Central Penn experience as member-friendly as possible,” Daubert added.
AAA Central Penn continues to follow the COVID-19 Safety guidance from the Pennsylvania Department of Health, in addition to recommendations from the CDC. The branches feature new plexiglass partitions, social distance procedures and markers, hand sanitizer stations, employee temperature checks, adherence to maximum occupancy restrictions, sanitizing surfaces between customers, and routine branch-wide sanitation. Everyone that enters the building will be asked to wear a mask, and if they do not have one, a new mask will be provided.
