A true icon of hospitality, The Hotel Hershey has earned the prestigious AAA Four Diamond Award for an impressive 45th consecutive year. This remarkable achievement reflects their unwavering commitment to providing guests with unparalleled experiences and sophisticated accommodations. General Manager Bill Hendrix accepted the award on behalf of the entire team.
The Circular Restaurant at The Hotel Hershey
Adding to The Hotel Hershey's accolades, The Circular restaurant has also been recognized with the AAA Four Diamond Award. This esteemed dining destination is celebrated for its exceptional culinary artistry, impeccable service, and elegant ambiance. The Hotel Hershey General Manager Bill Hendrix and Restaurant Manager Anna Haitos proudly accepted the award.
The Inn at Leola Village
The beautiful Inn at Leola Village, host of this year's event, has consistently exceeded expectations in service and refinement, earning the AAA Four Diamond Award since 2003. General Manager Mathew Warner, Director of Sales Kelly Doutt, Director of Spa Jennifer Allen, and Director of Rooms Felicia Hanley were present to receive this distinguished honor.

Diamond Designations

The widely recognized and trusted AAA Diamond designation help members choose lodgings that will meet their needs and expectations. We’ve enhanced our inspections with ATP surface testing, the same technology used to verify cleanliness in the healthcare and food service industries.
For more than 80 years, our team of professional inspectors have conducted unannounced, independent, in-person property inspections across 26,000 hotel properties in North America.
Restaurants must pass an on-site evaluation with 13 minimum requirements to be approved as a Diamond property. There are 57 elements included in the score that determines a property’s Diamond level.
