Friday, September 26, 2025: Depart for Dublin

Transfer by motorcoach from Central, PA to the Philadelphia International airport for an overnight flight to Dublin, Ireland.

Saturday, September 27, 2025: Arrive in Dublin, Ireland

Welcome to Ireland! Enjoy independent exploration time in Dublin, with a voucher to visit one of several museums, including the Irish Emigration Museum, Guinness Storehouse, or GPO Museum. In the evening, you are encouraged to try the pubs and restaurants of the iconic Dublin city center, or enjoy a relaxing meal at your hotel. Hotel: Talbot Hotel Stillorgan, Dublin

Sunday, September 28, 2025: The Pittsburgh Steelers in Dublin

After a free morning for further independent sightseeing, take a panoramic tour of the Dublin city center. Visit the Teeling Distillery, the first new Dublin distillery to open in 125 years (subject to availability based on the kickoff time of the Steelers Game). Later- Here We Go Steelers! We're off to see the Steelers vs. Minnesota Vikings. Tickets and transportation to and from the game is included. (Breakfast)

Monday, September 29, 2025: Blarney Castle - Killarney

Visit a traditional farm and enjoy homemade scones with tea, as you witness trained sheepdogs show off their herding skills. Then, visit Blarney Castle and the famous "Stone of Eloquence" where you can get the gift of gab, before traveling into the mountains and arriving in the town of Killarney. Tuesday, September 30, 2025: Dingle Peninsula

Travel down the rugged coastline of the Dingle Peninsula, with stops at the Blasket Centre museum, Slea Head coastline, and Muckross Schoolhouse for scenic views, historical context, and traditional food and entertainment. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Wednesday, October 1, 2025:  Killarney National Park - Limerick

Take a horse-drawn jaunting car through the Killarney national park to Ross Castle and Kenmare Estate, and visit the Gap of Dunloe. Stop in the beautiful village of Adare, then take a panoramic tour of Limerick. This evening at a medieval style dinner, lords and ladies will serenade you with songs and music as you feast. Thursday, October 2, 2025: Cliffs of Moher - Galway

Travel along the coast of County Clare to the stunning Cliffs of Moher soaring 700 feet above the churning Atlantic. Next it's on to Galway, where you will join a local guide for a walking tour of the historic city, before dinner at your hotel in Clare. Hotel: The Inn at Dromoland, Clare (Breakfast, Dinner)

Friday, October 3, 2025: Kildare - Dublin

Visit the Irish National Stud, and witness stallions, mares, and foals of impeccable breeding, and explore St Fiachra's Garden. Return to Dublin and enjoy the evening at leisure reminiscing about your time in Ireland! Hotel: Gran Canal Hotel, Dublin (Breakfast)

Saturday, October 4, 2025: Depart Dublin

After breakfast and a bit of free time to explore, transfer to the Dublin airport for your flight and transportation back to Central, PA  (Breakfast)

Tour Activity Level: 3

Moderate- Good mobility is required for this trip. Climbing stairs and standing for 2-3 hours at a time, as well as walking on uneven terrain may be necessary. Portions of the itinerary may include higher altitudes. The itinerary may involve longer days for up to 12-14 hours in length. This activity level is not recommended for travelers with serious medical conditions.

Flight

Air arrangements are handled by the tour operator. Seat assignments cannot be confirmed until the tour operator releases names to the airline(s) 30 days prior to departure. Specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed. Some flights may contain code share agreements.

Insurance

For your protection, AAA recommends travel insurance. Pre-existing medical conditions may apply; ask your travel agent. AAA recommends Allianz.

Clothing/Climate

Weather in Ireland in September is often cool, averaging in the high 50s and low 60s, with steady winds. Layered clothing is recommended, especially in the evenings. Comfortable walking shoes are also recommended for this tour.

Baggage

One suitcase per person will be allowed. You may also bring a carry-on bag small enough to fit under your seat. Baggage fees are not included in the price of the trip. Baggage fees and other charges may be directly assessed by airlines or the airport.

*The bag policy for the NFL game in the stadium will be announced once details are released.
