*Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise is undertaking some renovations this year which may be visible during your stay. The impact should be minimal, and they will continue to provide you with an incredible experience at this property.
**Not all hotels in Banff and Lake Louise have air conditioning in their guestrooms. If air conditioning is not available, the guestroom will have windows that open, and/or a ceiling fan or electric fan, to ensure you have a comfortable stay.
Tour Activity Level: 3
Moderate: Good mobility is required for this trip. Climbing stairs and standing for 2-3 hours at a time, as well as walking on uneven terrain may be necessary. Portions of the itinerary may include higher altitudes. The itinerary may include longer days up to 12-14 hours in length. This activity level is not recommended for travelers with significant mobility concerns.

Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, and with at least one blank visa page for visa stamp(s) is required for this trip. Canada reserves the right to deny entry to anyone with a felony conviction, including a DUI record. AAA is not responsible if you are denied entry to Canada and no refund will be provided.
Payment
A deposit of $1,500 per person for double occupancy, or $2,000 per person for single occupancy, will confirm your reservation. Final payment is due to AAA by July 21, 2026.

Flight
Seat assignments cannot be confirmed until the tour operator releases names to the airline(s) 30 days prior to departure. Specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed. Some flights may contain code share agreements.
Insurance
For your protection, AAA recommends travel insurance. Pre-existing medical conditions may be waived with proper coverage if travel insurance is purchased within 14 days of initial deposit only. Other conditions may apply; ask your travel agent. AAA recommends Allianz.
Clothing/Climate
Temperatures for the Canadian Rockies can vary from as high as 50-60 degrees during the day, to as low as the mid-10s in the evenings. Additionally, wind can be strong at the altitudes you will be visiting. Please pack layered clothing and comfortable shoes that can be worn in a variety of conditions.
Travel Assistance
For personal comfort, group participants who need assistance are required to have a traveling companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing for those needing assistance.
