What My Clients Say About Me:

“I wanted to express my gratitude for excellent service from Jennifer on my Viking travel booking. There were many changes and I was impressed with Jennifer[‘s] ability to get every detail correct on the 1st try. Please recommend her for a promotion.”

“We have been very satisfied with the service we have received from Jennifer. We’ve been working with her concerning a cruise to the Great Lakes. She has answered all our questions, offered alternative suggestions while on our cruise, and gave us some great pricing for our trip. We can’t imagine anything else she could have done for us to make our cruise more enjoyable.”

Favorite Travel Memory:

Seeing the glaciers crack and calve in Alaska. Hearing the crack and boom of the ice shifting, time seemed to move in slow motion as the ice fell. The blue that is revealed puts the most brilliant sapphire to shame. Feeling the brisk refreshing air on my cheeks as I was warm and cozy, wrapped in a blanket on a balcony, with hot chocolate warming my hands is a memory I won’t soon forget.

Best Travel Tip:

Apps! I love sitting down with my clients and helping them set up travel apps after we book a trip. There is so much information on the Viking or AmaWaterways River Cruise app. Google Translate has some wonderful features offline. Whatsapp is a wonderful communication tool. Disney has real-time line times on their app. And airline and cruise line apps make sure you have the most up-to-date information. I’ll help you navigate each of these with ease so you have a smooth trip!

Also, it’s always a good idea to travel with a spare change of clothes, a small fan, medication, mouthwash, hand sanitizer, local currency, two different types of credit cards, ID, a charger, and a good book. You never know what adventure awaits while traveling, but I have found that having these items handy can make travel a bit more comfortable.
