Why Renew Your AAA Membership in Central PA?

Many AAA members don't realize all the benefits their memberships bring. Although we are well-known for emergency roadside help, we provide several other services, too. Your AAA membership includes: 

  • Roadside assistance: If you're in an emergency, contact us for assistance — we're here for you, whether you're stuck in your driveway or in a friend's car along the highway. We offer battery service as well as towing to Approved Auto Repair facilities and driver training.
  • Discounts and rewards: We provide discounts on tickets to theme parks, purchases from select retailers and stays at hotels. Other discounts can include restaurants, garages, local entertainment establishments and electronics.   • Insurance: Central Penn AAA offers auto and home insurance packages and options for your RV or boat and life insurance policies.

Renew or Upgrade Your AAA Central Penn Membership

We have three membership levels available to Central PA residents. Here are some of the key benefits of each: 

  • AAA Classic: These affordable memberships allow up to five miles of free towing per call, free flat tire change, bicycle assistance and free ID theft monitoring. Other advantages include vehicle entry services for up to $50, emergency gas transport and up to one truck for extrication.
  • AAA Plus: This membership is excellent for people who drive more than five miles daily. It offers free towing within 100 miles of the call, free fuel and delivery, $600 automobile accident protection and up to $100 for vehicle entry service.
  • AAA Premier: Our most comprehensive package is AAA Premier. It offers free towing within 200 miles for one service call and 100 miles for three service calls as well as $1,500 automobile accident protection and a $100 home lockout benefit. This plan also has concierge services and a vehicle return benefit of up to $500.

We offer AAA Plus RV and AAA Premier RV options, as well. Upgrading your membership allows you to receive additional services for just a few dollars more. You can also add more family members to your plan for a further fee.

Renewing a Gift Membership

Gifting a membership to someone lets them know that you care about their safety and well-being concerning their car, home, travel and financials. The giftee will receive many discounts, travel services, insurance options and access to our network of car repair shops. You can choose which tier you'd like them to receive.

After you gift a membership, you can continue to pay the renewal fees as a yearly gift to your family or friend. Or, you can tell them they can renew the membership annually to enjoy the same or additional coverage.
