6:00AM: Motorcoach will depart from Lititz, from the Penn Cinema, at 541 Lititz Pike, Lititz.

7:00AM: Motorcoach will depart Harrisburg, AAA Central Penn, 2301 Paxton Church Road, upper lot behind the building; travel to Hurlock, MD with a rest stop en route.

Arrive at Maryland's Eastern Shore to board The Choptank Riverboat Company's reproduction of an authentic turn-of-the-century true stern paddle wheeler, powered by diesel engines that operate out of Suicide Bridge Marina. The boat offers a fully enclosed lower deck with heating and air conditioning and a covered upper deck which is perfect for viewing the Historic Choptank River.

Sit back and enjoy this Summertime Crab Feast lunch cruise which will include steamed crabs, Maryland crab soup, fried chicken, clam strips, corn-on-the-cob, coleslaw and dessert. While cruising you'll see the true deep heritage of the Choptank River, from generations of local blue crab fisherman boats, waterfowl that make their homes along the river, along with beautiful scenic sights.  

3:30 PM: Approximate departure time for Central Pennsylvania, with a rest stop en route.

8:30 PM: Approximate arrival time back in Harrisburg. 

9:30 PM: Approximate arrival time back in Lancaster.

For your protection AAA recommends travel insurance. Pre-existing medical conditions may be waived with proper coverage if travel insurance is purchased within 14 days of initial deposit only. Other conditions may apply; ask your travel agent. AAA recommends Allianz.

Clothing/Climate

Temperatures for Maryland in July average in the 80s. Casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes are recommended; be prepared for potential inclement weather.

Travel Assistance
