Wednesday, February 4, 2026 - Depart for Montego Bay, Jamaica

Transfer by motorcoach from Central, PA to the Philadelphia International Airport for a flight* to Montego Bay, Jamaica. Arrive mid-day for transport to the Riu Palace Jamaica Resort. Thursday, February 5, 2026 - Saturday, February 7, 2026- Riu Palace Resort, Montego Bay, Jamaica

Located directly on the pristine beach of Mahoe Bay on Jamaica's north coast, this adults only (18+ yrs) is a perfect way to enjoy a relaxing vacation. Soak up the sun and enjoy a refreshing drink at the chill-out bar on the beach or cool off in one of the three infinity pools with under water lounges. You will not go hungry. The variety of culinary options offered by the resort is exceptional. You can enjoy international dishes at the buffet, as well as have dinner at one of the specialty restaurants serving Asian, Italian and fusion cuisine and the best steaks. Today you'll enjoy a final breakfast amongst the hospitality of Jamaica at the Riu Palace resort, before heading to the Montego Bay, International Airport for your flight and transportation back to Central, PA.

Travel Documents

Original, signed passport valid for 6 months beyond stay, and with at least one blank Visa page for Visa stamp(s) is required for this trip.  Travelers must be 18 years of age or older at the time of travel to be admitted to the resort.

Payment

A deposit of $1,500 per person will confirm your reservation.  Final payment is due to AAA by  October 31, 2025.

Cancellation/Penalties

From October 1 - 31, 2025                                   $1,500 per person, plus any additional suppliers' fees

From November 1 - December 30, 2025             $2,500 per person, plus any additional suppliers' fees

After December 30, 2025                                     100% NON-REFUNDABLE

*Airfare is non-refundable after final payment date of October 31, 2025

Insurance:

For your protection AAA recommends travel insurance. Pre-existing medical conditions may be waived with proper coverage if travel insurance is purchased within 14 days of initial deposit only. Other conditions may apply; ask your travel advisor. AAA recommends Allianz.

Flight:

Air arrangements are handled by the tour operator. Seat assignments cannot be confirmed until the tour operator releases names to the airlines 30 days prior to departure. Specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed. Some flight schedules may contain code share agreements.

Clothing/Climate:

The average daytime temperature in Jamaica in February is in the 70's with cooler mornings and evenings.  Pack for a variety of temperatures.  Comfortable walking shoes are recommended.

Baggage:

One suitcase per person will be allowed. You May also bring a carry-on bag small enough to fit under the seat in front of you on the airplane.  Baggage fees are not included in the price of the trip. Baggage fees and other charges will be directly assessed by the airlines or the airport.

Travel Assistance:

For personal comfort, group participants who need assistance are required to have a traveling companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the needed assistance.
