Thursday July 17, 2025: Depart for Tucson, AZ

Motorcoach from Central PA to local airport for flight to Tucson, AZ.  Motorcoach from Tucson International Airport to White Stallion Ranch, and enjoy a welcome dinner.  Hotel/Ranch: White Stallion Ranch (Dinner) 

Friday July 18, 2025: Day on the Ranch

Explore the White Stallion Ranch while enjoying activities such as rock climbing, relaxing in a spa, shoot at the gun range, or head over to the petting zoo.  After dinner take part in some western line dancing. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Saturday July 19, 2025: Day on the Ranch

Enjoy any activities that you missed out on yesterday before heading out for a desert horseback ride through the scenic Arizona landscape.  Evening singers perform after dinner. (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner)

Sunday July 20, 2025: San Xavier del Bac - Tombstone

Take a tour through Tucson, one of Arizona's oldest cities before embarking on a tour of the "White Dove of the Desert" San Xavier del Bac Spanish Mission.  This historic mission boasts stunning architecture and is the best example of an old Spanish Mission still standing today in the Southwest.  Afterwards, you'll journey on to Tombstone the legendary and historic town where Wyatt Earp and Doc Holliday had their infamous shoot out at the OK Corral.  Explore this town and immerse yourself in the history of how this small mining town became a focal point for the culture of the Wild West.  (Breakfast)

Monday July 21, 2025: Saguaro National Park - Tucson

Enjoy a drive through the Saguaro National Park and see the largest stand of Native American cactus in the world as these tall cactus stand out starkly against the Arizona desert on your way to the Arizona-Sonora Desert Museum where you'll learn about the history, flora, and fauna of the land.  Afterwards you'll head over to the Old Tucson Studios where the golden age of Hollywood filmed many of its classic westerns of the 1930's and 1940's.  Later you'll return to the ranch for a farewell dinner. (Breakfast, Dinner)

Tuesday July 22, 2025: Departure

After breakfast you'll transfer from the White Stallion Ranch to the Tucson International Airport to head for home with fond memories of the old west. (Breakfast)

Activity Level: 3

This tour requires moderate physical activity. The itinerary blends some longer days with shorter days and more leisure time. Walking tours, as well as walking slightly longer distances, upstairs, or on uneven walking surfaces, should be expected.

Travel Documents

U.S. State Department and destination specific travel regulations at time of brochure printing required the following documents for your travel: a valid government issued REAL ID or passport. Travel regulations and state compliance requirements are subject to and have been known to change. For the most current requirements, which due to potential changes may be other than what is listed here, please consult with your Travel Advisor.

Payment

A deposit of $250 per person is due at the time of reservation. Final payment is due to AAA by  April 4, 2025.  

Cancellation/Penalties

From the deposit date to the day of departure-  $25 per person, plus...

From May 17, 2025 to July 2, 2025 - 50% per person, plus any additional suppliers' fees

From July 3, 2025 to July 9, 2025 - 75% per person, plus any additional suppliers' fees

After July 9, 2025 - Non-refundable  

*Airfare is non-refundable after final payment

Flight

Air arrangements are handled by the tour operator. Seat assignments cannot be confirmed until the tour operator releases names to the airline(s) 30 days prior to departure. Specific seat requests cannot be guaranteed. Some flights may contain code share agreements.

Clothing/Climate

Temperatures in Arizona in mid July can reach over 100 degree's.  Light summertime clothing with comfortable walking shoes is recommended. 

Baggage

Due to limited space while touring, all passengers are limited to one checked bag no more than 50lbs. You may also bring a small carry-on bag small enough to fit under your seat. Soft sided carry-on bags no larger than 17"x14"x4" with a zippered enclosure are recommended. Wheeled carry-on cases that are used as carry-on luggage on airlines are too large and are not suitable as hand-carried luggage. Baggage fees are not included in the price of the trip. Baggage fees and other charges may be directly assessed by the airlines or airport.

Travel Assistance 

For personal comfort, group participants who need assistance are required to have a traveling companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the needed assistance.  If you require any special assistance while on tour, please make us aware at time of reservation so the necessary request form can be sent to your attention.
