Itinerary
Friday, October 17: Travel to Finger Lakes, Wineries
5:00AM : Motorcoach will depart from Lititz, from the Penn Cinema building at 541 Airport Road.
6:00AM : Motorcoach will depart Harrisburg, AAA Central Penn office, 2301 Paxton Church Road, upper lot behind the building; travel to the Finger Lakes region with a rest stop en-route.
**Departure times are approximate and will be confirmed closer to travel.
Our first stop will be in Watkins Glen for a photo stop at Montour Falls followed by a delightful lunch cruise on Seneca Lake. Following our cruise depart for a wine tasting at Hazlitt 1852 Vineyards and Knapp Winery. This evening check into the hotel with time to freshen up before heading out for dinner at your own leisure. Saturday, October 18: Windmill Farm & Craft Market, Wine Tastings & NY Kitchen
After breakfast, we begin our day at The Windmill Farm & Craft Market where you'll have time to explore this indoor/outdoor market filled with hand crafted items, local food, shops, local wineries, micro brews, entertainment, and so much more. You'll have time to explore and to find a bite to eat for lunch. This afternoon we will travel down Seneca Lake for wine tastings at Fulkerson Winery & Farm, and Magnus Ridge Winery. Tonight, we'll enjoy a flight of wine, dinner and a chef demonstrated dessert at the New York Kitchen. (Breakfast, Dinner)
Sunday, October 19: Muranda Cheese Company, Ventosa Winery
After breakfast depart for the Muranda Cheese Company for a cheese sampling. Then we'll head to Ventosa for lunch and a wine tasting. This afternoon we'll make a stop at the Taughannock Falls overlook. This 215 ft. high waterfall has the highest vertical drop of a waterfall east of the Mississippi and is 33 feet higher than Niagara Falls. Depart for Central Pennsylvania with a fast food rest stop en-route. (Breakfast, Lunch)

Tour Activity Level: 3
This tour includes moderate physical activity. The itinerary blends some longer days with shorter days and more leisure time. Walking tours, as well as walking slightly longer distances, up stairs, or on uneven walking surfaces, should be expected.

Travel Documents
A state issued photo I.D. is required (such as a valid driver’s license). Must be 21 years or older for wine tastings.
As travel policies are rapidly changing, final requirements will be communicated prior to departure. Please see your Travel Advisor for additional information.
Payment
$150 per person deposit is due at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Final payment is due to AAA by August 1, 2025.
Cancellation/Penalties
A $25 per person cancellation fee will be charged by Discoveries in addition to any other supplier’s fees. From July 1, 2025 to day of departure no refunds.
Insurance
For your protection AAA recommends travel insurance. Pre-existing medical conditions may be waived with proper coverage if travel insurance is purchased within 14 days of initial deposit only. Other conditions may apply; ask your travel agent. AAA recommends Allianz.
Clothing/Climate
Temperatures for the Finger Lakes region in October average in the 60s. Casual clothes and comfortable walking shoes are recommended; be prepared for potential inclement weather.
Travel Assistance
For personal comfort, group participants who need assistance are required to have a traveling companion who is capable of and totally responsible for providing the needed assistance.
